Funny thing about your belief system…
Its judgement is based on the experiences seen only through YOUR eyes.

For centuries and centuries, no one in the history of the world could ever run a 4-minute mile.
On May 6, 1954, Roger Bannister accomplished this amazing feat.
Roger Bannister didn’t just physically practice, he made a shift in his head.
He practiced in his head because he could never achieve it physically.
He had to change it in his head first so the result became certain enough that he believed it and then his body allowed him to do it.
Pretty deep stuff, I know… here’s the miracle that happened next (and the reason I’m telling you about this today):
After Roger Bannister ran that 4-minute mile, within 2 years, 37 people ran a 4-minute mile… when no one in history had ever done it before Roger.
That’s the power of your belief system.

The determining factor to whether or not you believe you can, or cannot, do something is…
Certainty… or… Uncertainty.
If the result is uncertain in your mind, you’ll doubt your potential to achieve that result.
However, if you’re aware that someone else has already done what you want to achieve, it changes how you feel about your potential to do the same.

A. Me.
