This squeeze page consistently gets me conversion rates of 46% or higher on ice cold traffic. Plus, it’s responsive so it looks great and converts on ANY device!
Here’s how it looks on a vertical iPad:
It’s simple and very easy to edit. It’s the same exact template I use for my Done For You Affiliate Websites.

How do I add this to my WordPress website to create an opt-in page without interfering with the layout of my current opt-in page?
Or in plain English, how do I set this up in WordPress?
You can add it to the same domain but not inside your WordPress installation. Just add another folder to your site and upload it there. For example, my WordPress site here is at https://www.dustonmcgroarty.com. I could add a folder called “ebook” and upload this squeeze page template inside of it. Then, I could access the squeeze page at https://www.dustonmcgroarty.com/ebook/.
Hi Duston, the javascript file for this squeeze page seems to be missing.
You don’t need it for this squeeze page. Just remove that line of code at the bottom of the page.
