I’ll get to my “Email Newsletter Riches” story in a sec, but first I want to tell you about something that happened last week.
Last week I turned down a job offer to work for Clickfunnels.
Yes, the $360 Million per year software company that was started by internet marketing genius, Russell Brunson.
They wanted to pay to move me and my family out to Idaho to be their media buyer.
It was an amazing offer. To work with some of the brightest minds in marketing.
To be in control of a million-dollar-per-month ad budget.
I was flattered… for sure.
I immediately declined… without an ounce of hesitation or doubt.
And without even asking a single question.
You probably think I’m a big ol’ idiot, huh?
Back in 2009, if somebody made me that exact same offer, I would’ve thought I’d won the lottery.
Over the last 8 years I’ve learned something.
I never want another JOB as long as I live.
I have too much freedom in my life now.
I have no set hours.
No boss. No commute. No pressure to meet stupid and meaningless goals. Zero stress.
Unlimited vacation time.
If I want to grab my laptop…
…jump in the Jeep with my wife…
…head to a local winery for lunch…
…and work from their patio for a few hours in the afternoon while my wife enjoys a few glasses of wine…
And I make spur-of-the-moment decisions like that almost daily.
If I had a “job”… there’s no way I could EVER do that.
As an employee, you’re expected to show up (to the office) for a set period of time where you’re held hostage for the majority of your life.
Leaving whenever I want to do whatever I want just wouldn’t be an option.
To me… that’s a low quality of life.
Unfortunately, it’s something most people HAVE to do because they just don’t know there’s another option.
THIS is the other option. Running an email business.
It’s been my Dad’s main source of income since 1999 and my main source of income since 2010.
It’s evergreen. It’s reliable. It’s consistent. It’s an asset.
Most importantly… it’s YOURS.
Just look at all of the fuss going around about Facebook and their ad network changing.
Everyone who keeps getting their accounts banned. Same with Google.
You can’t rely on other companies long-term. You need your own asset.
Something that continues to grow daily… on autopilot.
Something that will provide you a handsome, reliable income for years to come.
An email business does just that.
In four days I’ll be starting a live case study where I show you step by step how to build your own simple little email business from scratch.
It really is simple too. All you need is a 2-page website and an email autoresponder account.
There is a catch though.
I’m only accepting 30 students into this live training because I want to be able provide one-on-one support.
At the time of writing this, there are still 23 spots available.
I’m off to the store to grab some Gatorade. I have two sick boys at home today.
I love that I’m available to take care of them when they need it.
Dream big. Take action.
